Elandra Settlers Cove, a premium medium rise, environmentally sensitive apartment development overlooking Noosa Sound has been awarded the Master Builders Regional Project of the Year at the 2008 Sunshine Coast Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards held recently.

In an unprecedented winning sweep, RCQ were also awarded the Residential Buildings (High Rise over 3 storeys) $12 million to $60 million for Settlers Cove and the Residential Building (High Rise over 3 storeys) up to $12 million for Waterline in Maroochydore.
