Constructed within the busy Maroochydore CBD, the constraints imposed to deliveries, construction and storage created challenges in the development of the Construction Management Plan and Programme.
Careful consideration in the construction of this 4 level A-grade commercial office was given to ensure that the impact on surrounding building, streets and pedestrians was minimised.
The building contract was extended in the later stages to include the corporate fitout of 1700sqm office space over 3 levels to accommodate the Reed Property Group Head Office and Australia Post.
