This 10,000m2 retail warehouse development comprising 10 individual tenancies was constructed using a tilt up panel and structural steel framing system.
This process allowed for an accelerated construction programme and the early fitout and opening of the retail tenancies including Joyce Mayne, the Warehouse Group and Coles First Choice.
This project was difficult as the tenancy fitouts continued past the PC for the project.
