Awarded the QMBA 2005 Housing & Construction Awards for Tourism & Hospitality Facilities, and the Chancellor Tavern was constructed using environmentally sensitive principals for power and water usage.
In addition to the building shell, RCQ was appointed to manage the design and delivery of the Tavern fitout, inclusive of kitchen, bars, dining areas and retail.
The designer’s adoption of striking architectural elements and finishes required careful consideration to work methods and subcontract selection.
