Monterey, Maroochydore is a 15 apartment development located adjacent to the Maroochy CBD and across the road from the Maroochy River.
RCQ worked closely with the project architect to achieve the client’s requirements for generously sized apartments with quality fixtures and fittings, whilst maintaining the objective of an appealing price point.
The project was completed within the contract requirements of 50 weeks.
