Presented with a challenging site that required large volumes of earthworks due to a 5 metre fall on site and a highly engineered ground slab, the RCQ team identified early in the project planning that proper allowances would need to be made within the contract programme for these works in ground, which subsequently applied pressure to the preceding project activities.
A suitable programme was agreed that ultimately allowed the completion of the contract in advance of the required practical completion date. RCQ completed various tenancy fitouts including Officeworks and Beach House Fitness.
