Rivage is the first 12 storey residential tower to be built in Mackay and was recently awarded the Residential Building (over three storeys) $12m to $60m category in the 2008 Mackay and Whitsunday Master Builders Awards. Located on the Pioneer River, the complex  features spacious, stylish apartments, gymnasium, pool and a commercial precinct.

RCQ used past experience and knowledge to introduce numerous value engineering alternatives to the client to ensure the construction budget was achieved.

Being the first project for RCQ in Mackay, this development marks a significant step forward in its expansion of operations throughout Queensland.
