Senior Management Team

Due to our success, RCQ continues to grow and we now employ more than 75 people across many different areas of expertise.  The RCQ Senior Management Team consists of six Senior Managers with expertise in design, estimating, engineering, planning, contracts and project management. Together they offer a broad range of services for residential, commercial and retail projects.

Steve Cole
- Director & CEO

Steve Cole has over 28 years' experience in building and development, including high profile projects such as the Brisbane Museum, Jupiter's Casino and Hamilton Island Resort, as well as diverse projects for a national developer. Steve oversees the construction and completion of all of RCQ's projects and manages a significant team of staff as well as the Construction company's relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and industry authorities.

Ian Kerr
- Business Development Manager

Following a long career with one of Queensland’s largest Project Management Consultants, Ian joined RCQ in 2005. Ian brings to the group experience in a range of large community facilities, regional shopping centres, high rise residential and commercial developments.

Gavin Wuiske
- Estimating Manager

A professional quantity surveyor, Gavin has worked for major consultancy practices throughout Queensland. Gavin has also spent time with a tier one contractor working on significant Brisbane CBD developments as well as a number of large public facilities. Gavin was the Senior Cost Planner in producing the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art GMP price submission, prior to joining RCQ in 2005.

Bob Pearce
- Construction Manager

Bob Pearce joined RCQ's management team in early 2007 and brings to the group a wealth of experience gained over a 40 year period in the Construction industry. Recent successful projects include the Portside Wharf Development on the Brisbane River at Hamilton and the Qantas Main Hanger at the Brisbane Airport.

John Schultz
- Construction Superintendent

John Schultz has been part of the RCQ team for several years and boasts a wealth of experience in the delivery of major projects with a particular focus on projects involving a high degree of technological complexity. Reporting to the Director Construction, John is responsible for delivery of projects in accordance with the contract and programme objectives.
