The once magnificent Grand Hotel in the Central Business district of Gladstone had seen better days. In late 2005 the Reed Property Group purchased the Hotel and engaged RCQ to manage the restoration and refurbishment programme.
Completed in a little over 6 months the works involved the refurbishment of bars, dining areas, gaming rooms ad bottle shop. The hotel kitchen was extended and enhanced to the highest standard required for a commercial facility.
Extensive street scaping and the creation of an outdoor dining area were included as a part of the works.
