The Observatory was created on an unusual block in Caloundra, perched on a hill overlooking Kings Beach and Pumicestone Passage to the south and Kawana to the north.
Apartments were a mixture of 2 and 3 bedrooms, with the penthouse over 600sqm in size. Apartments featured high quality finished and fixtures.
The use of precast and other smart building techniques helped deliver this project on time.
