Located adjacent to The Domain project and within 400 metres of the Griffith University Logan campus, this purpose built student accommodation facility comprises 33 apartments with four bedrooms per apartment. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and study nook.
Similar in style to the Sunshine Coast university project, Unicentral, it caters for the students needs with its own full size tennis court, a 25 metre lap pool and large recreation hall.
This three storey walk up complex was constructed using the innovative humeslab panels with external block work walls and colorbond roofing fixed to timber trusses. The use of pre-fab walls internally assisted RCQ to complete the project well before the expected project deadline.
