This project, built adjacent to the growing Sunshine Coast University was completed over 4 stages.
The three storey walk up building features 90 purpose-built four bedroom apartments with a study desk and ensuite for each room and a communal kitchen and dining lounge area to cater for students.
The complex also has full size tennis court, 25 metre lap pool and large recreation hall to cater for 360 students.
A manager's unit was also constructed with an office attached. The use of a precast slab system assisted in the completion of the staged development within budget and programme.
